Last job I heard about which required full engineering qualifications and 5 years experience (minimum) was offering a job on reception in a studio for a period of 5 years (again minimum) before consideration as a studio assistant at a salary (annual) of.................wait for it.........£2300......A YEAR!!

Sure... The term 'major' is subjective, of course. However, as has been pointed out, there have been some well-known albums recorded there, and the facilities of the studio certainly aren't basic - and it's in WREXHAM - so that makes it 'major' enough for me! ;)

Lol... I know the house well, Phil, as I pass it about 3-4 times a week! It's my sort of property - full of charm and character. I'm sure that your brother will have no problem in selling it :)

Marford is a nice quiet little hamlet. Considering the area, that's actually a rather good price for the house - roughly the same as our gaff, after its last valuation:
