Specialist paint

I imagine somebody here must know the answer to this.

I need a Hammerite-type (hammer finish) metal paint but with a specific RAL 9002 colour. Hammerite appears not to provide the facility to specify a shade. Is anybody here aware of a similar paint which can be mixed to a RAL spec, please?
