Starting the year with something a little special. This Hammetone 301 is in completely original cosmetic condition. Previously owned by a BBC engineer as a spare this unit was run up serviced and logged before being put back into it's original box. The log of servicing (Blank page in the cloth bound manual) goes back to the date of purchase in April 1956. We have of course stripped and rebuilt the unit and it is now running very nicely:
