I was very sorry to hear that Jenson Button's father died today of a suspected Heart Attack.

If your a F1 you'd certainly know who John was as he's been such an influence on his son and a regular interviewee on the BBC and Sky, RIP.

that is very sad news , I was lucky enough to meet him a few times when I used to race karts with some friends ,he was always a true gentleman and always willing to help out with parts and bits ,as long as it didn't stop Jenson winning ,which he always did.

Sad, he seemed to be a genuinely nice influence in the paddock.

This is a tragedy. He was genuinely loved by all in the paddock and will be sorely missed by all... :(
