Cheap Headphone amp / signal processor

I've just been looking at the Little Bear phono amps and saw this on their Ebay shop and wondered if anyone has tried one or has any knowledge of them? I was fancying trying an iTube type device and wondered if this would give a similar effect?

Did you take the plunge on one of these?

For not much more ive got a v reasonably priced Creek OBH21se if you'd be interested in trying it. Its a great amp but too crisp for my tastes and with my cans.
