Beresford Bushmaster DAC digital to analogue converter. Two optical and two co-ax inputs. Fixed line phono outputs. Headphone amplifier. Works extremely well from CD players, media boxes like Sky HD, digital streamers, Blu-ray players etc. 12V DC input, can be run from battery or a linear power supply for even greater performance. Upgraded with Stan's latest clocking firmware for superb sound quality. Excellent condition.

Complete with box, manual and original 12V DC power supply. £160.

It's not my thread, but having had both, I can tell you it is a MKI...

Mine were blacks, but you can see the differences in this picture:

I have managed to get a couple of owners to try out some recent mods to raise the performance of the MKI, and so far they are all very delighted with the work that I have done to their unit.
I am now busy simplifying the mods so that they can be easily carried out by anyone with soldering skills, and without having to dismantle the whole DAC. So this could be a good buy for someone who is good at soldering and wishes to take the MKI to a higher performance level.
