Hi Rob and welcome to AoS buddy. So, what equipment do you own and what's your taste in music? We're nosy people who like to know these things... hehe

I've been collecting since I was 15.. im now 23 , I'm currently running on

Pioneer SX-1080 Stereo Receiver
Pioneer SA 9100 Amplifier
Hooked up to a Pioneer PL-560 Turntable
Running through some Audiomaster MLS-4 speakers

But I have alot more Hi-fi

Pioneer sx650 x 2
Pioneer sx7730
Pioneer sx939
Pioneer PL-516 Turntable
Pioneer sa7500
A little Marantz 1530L
3 Sets of Royd Minstrels and A set of Royd Doublets

The list continues to grow!!!

Safe to say you are a bit of a Pioneer fan then :D That's a cracking speaker line-up you have there too, I am a particular fan of the MLS-4's, lovely speakers those ;)

Good choice. Nearly did my back in moving one about. Have you tried the headphone output with a CD playing through the AUX input? The best I have heard from any receiver of that era.

Nice gear, the Pioneer SA 9100 Amplifier is a very good amp, I have one and the matching tx9100 tuner that went with it. I use mine with a pair of MS 500 gold speakers, very happy with the sound.

I'm really into Tame Impala at the moment and a new band called Temples, but I love to listen to some Doors, Janis Joplin, A lot of psychedelic stuff! :D
