I am currently listening to my new DAC, a Bushmaster II which Stan kindly sent me via the Royal Mail using next day post.

Been listening to it for about an hour via my SB Touch into the Exposure / Epos combo and am getting more impressed as I'm listening to it.

When I first plugged it it I noticed that it was instantly as detailed as my Gatorized Caiman but a little thinner in its overall presentation.

As I continue to listen, I am beginning to hear subtleties I've not heard with the a Caiman. There's a wider and deeper soundstage, the thinness is diminishing and vocals are amazing..

I found the Caiman took around 2 weeks to fully 'Burn-in' so given how good this sounds now, god knows what it'll end up sounding like.

Another great DAC from our friend Stan :)

Paul.

What is a Bushman?

Is it a man who lives in a bush?

It's the name the TC-7533 is more commonly known as in Oceania.

Just ordered mine, been reading a lot about it last month or so.Have dacmagic at the moment and a few people that have posted seem very happy with the change.Next will be to get it on battery power.seems to advance the sound even more but everyone's set up is different and I shall see how it goes.

The set up might be different, but the grin factor will be the same:).

Should be with you in the morning, if there are no floods and road closures in your area.

My Bushmaster II arrived today. Unbelievable delivery speed to New Zealand.
Anything from China is usually 3-6 weeks.
UK can be 10-12 days.
USA is usually 14 days.

This was 6 days, with a couple of holidays inbetween!

As for Bushman? Sorry about the Kiwi vernacular.
Sometimes we change things a little...

Ordered bushmaster ll 11.30am yesterday.At. the door 25 hrs later.

Thanks Stan.Plugged in warming up give it plenty off time before a serious listen. If the DAC is as good as the service I could be on to a winner. Thanks again.
