Nope! But those look like cheapish Chinese horn tweeters. I have a few that look similar.

Hi David,

Those tweeters look very much like the super-tweeters sold by Tandy/Radio Shack (Realistic Brand), they were a half-inch metal/ali dome, crossed over at 5kHz and went up to 40kHz:

The tweeters weren't up to much to be honest, they sizzled & spat with sibilance and had a ringing to them which introduced colourations, the horn-loading didn't help much with dispersion either.

Bearing in mind they were generally designed to be crossed-over at 5kHz and it was a third order crossover, it left the tweeter fairly exposed to be heard, rather than integrated.

Mind you, I cannot vouch for the implementation of the crossover/tweeter in these monitors.

Incidentally, I have a couple of these tweeters in the loft.

They have been listed on ebay more times than a hedgehog has spines.

The punters are staying away from them in their droves :rolleyes:
