1st started with HiFi after hearing uncles Hacker audio system as a child, it was certainly better than average audio systems and then interested in how it sounded different.
As an adult 1st serious HiFi was Michell Gyro dec, cyrus2 & PSX, mission argonaut mk2. Had this for many years until some light fingered person relieved me of it all while family were out. Young kids at time and couldn't justify insurance money on replacing it all.
So now beginning again after many years, I have acquired a pair of TDL studio3 and a cyrus2. But at the moment using flac files from pc via musical fidelity dac. I am sure this goes against the grain for a lot of people. I do have questions about the TDL speakers if anyone is knowledgeable of the very early ones. All pics I can find of them show bi wire posts on the back, mine a have a single pair of banana sockets flushed in the back of the cabinet, but they do sound so good.
