Does anyone here use the Co-Op as their phone and broadband provider and if so, what are they like?
I need to change my service having recently signed up to Netflix, as I now need Unlimited Broadband due to hitting my 40GB a month allowance. I only used to use around 18GB a month previously! My current service with BT costs me a total of £498.00 a year all in for phone, broadband at 40GB a month and calls. I can get the same service from the Co-Op, but with unlimited broadband for £305.40 a year all in.
I didn't know Co-Op provided phone and broadband and only found out by going to the Openreach (http://www.superfast-openreach.co.uk/buy-it-now/#tab1) site to check when fibre optic is likely to be available in my area . . who knew? In fact there is a whole bunch there I wasn't aware of!
Any information good or bad would be helpful.
