Denon DP-3000 motor unit mounted in a Denon 'something or other' plinth which makes it a DP-3500 F, apparently. Info and manuals can be found on vinylengine here: http://www.vinylengine.com/library/denon/dp-3500.shtml
I've owned this a few years now and it's always performed faultlessly. Shortly after buying it I shipped it off to Vantage Audio where Richard stripped, cleaned, and gave it a good servicing (Ooh matron!) as well as couple of minor mod's to the power supply, he was a bit cagey about exactly what he did, so I couldn't say! There are still photo's of this exact deck on his website here: http://vantageaudio.com/info/KL60.htm
The motor unit is in excellent condition and in perfect working order. The plinth is not too bad either, some small screw holes near the arm base where bits n' bobs have been mounted in the past, which are pretty unobtrusive. The hinges work fine and the lid is in one piece with just the usual polishing marks and a few minor scratches (as you might expect for a piece of acrylic that's probably 30+ years old!). It does the job though... I'd always wanted to mount it in a different plinth (possibly slate) but never got round to it. :(
Asking £300 to include UK delivery... taking into account the Vantage service and likely cost of delivery, I think that's a bit of a bargain for a high quality Japanese DD turntable that would easily give all but the most heavily modified Technics a run for it's money! All in my humble opinion, of course! :D
Feel free to ask any questions.
