I have at long last found the time to set up my Technics ( Purchased from Jules )

The spec is as follows

1210 MK11 TT
Isonoe Isolation Feet
Mike New bearing
Mike new ETP platter
Origin live mat
Origin Live Encounter MK3c Arm
Origin Live Armboard
Goldring Eroica L Cartridge
Timestep HE Low noise External Power Supply
Arkless Turbo 640p phono stage
Sony TA FB940R AMP
MCRU Black Rhodium speaker cables
Fat RCA interconnects
Ditton 33 speakers
Something Solid stands

I have listened to this album a lot recently thanks to a recommendation from this very forum :)

First thing I noticed was silence when the cartridge styli comes into contact with the record
When the music started I had entered a whole new world of listening pleasure
Everything was better

The vocals were more defined crisp and separated with a pronounced intake of breath at the end of each chorus

Bass and drums are much more defined also tambourine can be picked out from the other instruments

The mouth organ sound so real

It all sound real / live with great sound stage

I could hear individual string plucks on the guitars

It has opened my eyes ( and made them water when I added up the cost ) but what the hell you only live once :D

To say I am impressed is a understatement

The combination of assembled items works very well , I am HAPPY


I have one more upgrade to add some time soon , the Shelter 5000 cartridge :eyebrows:

Think its time to end the upgrade path and get on and enjoy what I have and enjoy the superb sound coming from this kit :)

So WHY VEYRON ? In my opinion its the ultimate ;) ( others will disagree )

You might want to look at a Paul Hynes SR7 power supply at some point Al, it comfortably outperforms the Tmestep PS, as does my humble PH SR3 incidentally ;)
