Another Norn Iron Newbie

Evening all and a quick introduction.
Names Alex and I am a Hi Fi and music addict. Very often the Hi Fi comes before the music.
Today I am using a Marantz cdp with Yba Dac into a Rega Elicit amp driving either Vienna Acoustic Haydn Grands or Audioplan Kontrapunkts along with a Rega rp3 TT
Tomorrow it could be different if certain sales complete before midnight.
Music wise I like 60s and 70s rock from here and USA and also modern singer songwriter stuff in the Country and Roots genre
Favourite artists include Stones Who Dire Straits Tull Browne CSN&Y Dylan Young Morrison [both] Jones and many more too numerous to mention.

Thanks to RichB who pointed me in the direction of this Forum and undoubtedly too much time will be spent here.

Yes my system has changed again as of today with a new Nait 5si amp instead of the Rega . Really would have liked the Nait xs2 but funds wouldnt stretch that far but maybe in the future.

Im in for a few days or weeks of changing sounds as the new Nait beds in with many cds being revisited.

Ill be back with a few updates.

Ah yes its you Neil. I thought Bossjw had a lot of kit but you take the biscuit.

Ive put on over 50 hours on my new Naim amp and its starting to sound as naim should foot tapping and finger clickingly good.

I see Halvis on PFM has now got a Naim amp and delighted he is with it too.
