I have a pair of QED Aria speakers for sale. Owned from new since 2002, they've been in long term storage following a move. Previously formed part of a second system in a conservatory, now we don't have a conservatory so, surplus to requirements. I hooked them up to my Quad 34/303 recently and they have a nice, detailed sound, and being small virtually 'disappear'. Bass output is limited, given their size, though what bass there is is tuneful. Could be used as as part of a desktop system or as rears in a surround system. Sensitivity is low - 82*dB*(1*watt*at*1*kHz), impedance 4 ohms, but I had no trouble driving them with an Hitachi micro system. Single full range driver. I have the two types of grills that come with the speakers, wall mounting brackets instructions and template for wall mounting and foam port bungs (I seriously doubt whether you'd need them!) I can post them or collection is possible (I live in mid-Wales). Any reasonable offer considered - I think I got them on a special offer for £100.
