My name is Rob and I live in Chesterfield.

Some months ago I purchased a 7510 6/3 from a friend which was being fed by my computer and Cambridge Audio D300SE cd player, going through a Meridian 101/103 pre/power combo (which I have on good authority are probably modified), to a pair of Gale speakers (which are gonna be replaced with something better at some point). About April time I treated myself to a 7520 and have been following the mod thread since it started, and as such I am using a 4032 opamp on the line out and 4562 on headphones (Grado SR-125).

As I have been lurking here for a while and visiting almost daily I thought it was about time I joined up. :)

Glad to make your acquaintance Rob! I'm glad you've decided to take the leap and sign up. Since you're a long-time lurker you'll know the score. Pics in the Gallery or else :lolsign: All the best, and enjoy!

Welcome Rob from another recent joiner.
I am a near neighbour, living in Sheffield and have just taken delivery of a 7520. Still trying to get a feel for it in it's basic configuration but as I listen through headphones a lot (Senn HD 280) I would be interested in your opinion as to the difference fitting the 4562 (particularly) made and also the 4032.

I'm afraid without swapping the NE5532 back in I couldn't comment. The 4562 was inserted before I purchased the Grado's.

Could you do me a favour and add 'Rob' to your signature and 'Chesterfield' to the location details on your profile?

Ta! Enjoy
