For sale is my Audioromy 828 valve amp.

I've owned this amp for almost 2 years and its been a great introduction into valves for me (so much so that I've just purchased a Consonance Cyber 100 as an upgrade / replacement). Anyway the 828 is class A, rated at about 30 watts and has 2 imputs.
Not sure of the age of it but recently it developed a slight fault on one channel so I delivered it to Mike at MPAV in Bolton who gave it a service and fully recapped it (I have the receipt for £155 for the works) and since then its been running perfectly and should provide plenty of enjoyment for its next owner.
The big FU / GU-29 valves are easy to source via ebay and also cheap too at approx £20 a pair, I replaced all the valves recently, it has new-ish FU's in it, the smaller 6N3 / 6H3's have no more than 120 hours on them I would say. I should also point out that its auto biased so is really just "plug and play".
Its a great little amp and has no problems driving my MA RS8 floor standers. In light of the recent service im after £225.00. I would prefer collection from Liverpool (where I can demonstrate it fully working etc - free tea or coffee and biscuits of course!) area given the nature of it but I am willing to package securely and courier it if it helps the sale (this is however at the buyers risk & cost). It also comes with its dedicated metal cage to protect the valves but i prefer using it without as it looks better.
