Can anyone recommend a media player which can handle modern video file types from usb or sd card but can still output surround audio via analogue connections? Rca phono, or at a pinch mini jacks? I mean a hardware media player....
My oppo bd 83 plays off a usb, but I'm increasingly meeting file types it doesn't play and the avi's which almost always do are becoming less common.
I guess ability to play these files would make me happy:
Video: MKV, TS, M2TS, RM/ MVB/ AVI/ MPG, VOB, FLV
Audio: MP3, FLAC, WAV(PCM), WAV(DTS);
Picture: JPG, BMP, GUF, TIFF, PNG
Subtitle: SRT, SUB, IDX, SSA, SMI
Many thanks
