Mark Hi, it is really nicely made and they have some neat ideas, the phono works on current rather than voltage so you can use any cartridge ,no matter how low it's output without a SUT.
It is also battery powered and extremely quiet, and you can use the stand for cakes at tea time.

Bakoon AMP12R
I have been using the previous version of this amp the 11R for the last year at home, the new 12R sees a slight increase in output to 15 watts.
It is a wonderful little amp, compact ,elegant, the volume control is silent , it is just a delight to use,and it sounds superb.

Seems Audeze have teamed up with Bakoon in the States so presumably there's some synergy there re the headphone amp.
