I am after a power amplifier to run my mid-bass drivers up to 800Hz in my active speaker project.
Ideally to fit in a 12" wide Ikea rack (or can be standard width if its not too deep).
Ideally around £200, maybe more.

Spec-(from origianal sales thread)
2 300VA mains transformers
2 10,000uF 100v first stage caps, followed by 4 10,000uF 100v caps in a crc network a la Nelson Pass.
2 35amp bridge rectifiers
Custom made very quiet regulated 5v supply for the Tripath input stage.
Mains switch is on one side, the RCA inputs on the other. Speaker posts on the back as usual. As you can see from the photos, the power supply and output stages are kept separate. The output stage side is copper clad top and bottom.Great design and a great sound.

I was thinking of the depth. Then with the power switch at the 'front' it might fit.

Excellent, that would fit.
Have you compared it to any other amps?
