Guys
I read an awful lot of the positives of MC carts, I'm fairly new to vinyl and have only tried MM carts, most expensive being the Rega Exact that was supplied with the TT.

I hoping someone has a HO MC cart at the end of its life that is no longer of any use to them that i could try on my RP6 through a stageline N into my Nait XS, to see if the move to MC is worth investment over MM carts.

I'm not looking to spend much at this point so please don't offer me carts in the hundreds of pounds. I'm really looking to spend very little, and don't expect to get something with hundreds of hours on it. I'm hoping to get something with a few hours left that may give me a flavour of MC carts that i can then look to fund possibly in the new year.

cheers steve

Hi Steve,

I have an ageing Sumiko Blue Point Evo iii, High Output if you are interested.
Just to warn you it doesn't have a stylus guard, so its motor assembly is fully exposed. Just in case small fingers and little furry paws start investigating!;)

PM if interested...

Hi Steve,

Dunno whereabouts you are, but I should have a vinyl front end up and running in the next couple of weeks - a 401 with Jelco and a Denon 103r. I'm new to this vinyl lark again, not having had a turntable for about 30 years. You're welcome to drop by for a listen sometime, just drop me a PM
