I notice that Rick at Musicraft has an ATC centre channel speaker in his sale. I had a quick look at these and even buying new, a pair would be much cheaper than the stereo pairs. Is there a reason for this? Would the imaging be messed up? Are they 'voiced' for centre? Frequency response seems similar to their stereo versions and you get two mid/bass drivers in the centre version. Has anyone experimented with two centres as a stero pair?
