View Full Version : Maurizio, a new Italian audiophile, extends his reverent greetings to you all
Hi
I am Maurizio , I was born in Rome in June 1950 in Roma in a district near Gianicolo .
I purchased my first HIFI at 14 years and it was composed so: a Thorens TD160 , a Marantz amplifier and a pair of ESB loudspeakers with three-way with pneumatic suspension .
During these years, my HI FI is grown and sophisticated . Now I have a Mcintosh c28 and a final C2205 that drives a pair of Allison One loud speakers . For the front channels I instead have a pre Audio Reseach , a final Krell KSA 100 MKII and a pair of Martin Logan Aerius I loudspeakers.
Add to these a Revox tuner , some dbx with impact restoration, and two beautiful turntables: A Linn Sondek LP12 with a Koetsu Black and Pink Triangle with Ortofon MC30 , as well as two step-ups.
My musical tastes range from classical to modern . I have in all these years collecting a fair amount of LPs that jealously guards : all disks of the Beatles, the Rolling Stones , The Eagles , Pink Floyd and Italian singers like Lucio Dalla, Battiato, Mina, Celentano, Battiato, Lucio Battisti. Classical music my favorites are Modesto Mussorgsky , Beethoven , Ravel , Bach , Wagner e Vivaldi.

Can I ask if you help me to find a Nakamichi Dragon or CR7E in excellent conditions for buying it at a good price?

I meant if you can put photos on this forum for all to see.
If you look on ebay uk there is a Nakamichi Dragon, currently at £51 with 3 bids so far and 6 days to go, there are also several other Nakamichi cassette decks on there, some look almost new.
Glad your Allison One's are still going strong, I re-foamed my model 3's and they still sound amazing, I like the large soundstage they produce.
