Worth noting that JRiver will output in DSD i.e. does real-time conversion. So this input format is not as constraining as some might think.

All Lamp DSD DACs I have seen have been level 3.5. So are there now two levels of DSD DAC?

Thanks for your input. That's the point - try to compare J River DSD converted file to the native one and you will see what the difference is about. I agree that not that much music is available on the market which had been originally recorded as such , but it's getting better and the future looks bright ;)

Yes, after latest circuit revision DSD add is now possible to host inside every LAMPIZATOR DAC level. Pure DSD DAC L3.5 will be kept in an offer for those who are looking for separate machine for DSD playback only ,as it always was intended. Level 5 obviously, being 2 boxes unit, always had enough room to fit / retro fit DSD, so such a choice had always being on the list. My demo machine is sporting the latest and the greatest that Lukasz managed to achieve since he has joined the DAC industry, with solid silver wiring all over and Duelund CAST output capacitors. Hope that clarifies things ;)
