Gutted I have to sell these [need the funds] I had intended to keep them long term hence the refurb :(
They date from 1973 and are in very good cosmetic condition for age [only 2 owners from new.] Unfortunately one tweeter was faulty so both have been replaced with the modern equivalent [Seas 19TFF1] Both crossovers have been completely refurbished with new low loss capacitors & audiophile polypropylene's in the tweeter section... The tweeter section has been gently modified to ensure the new tweeters sound exactly the same as the originals. New gold plated binding posts have been fitted & all internal wiring has been upgraded with 2.5mm OFC copper.
They now sound absoloutely fantastic and will give another 40 years of listening pleasure.
They are located in Helston, Cornwall.. But I would be happy to build crates for them from 2" polystyrene sheet if you want to arrange a courier... Buyer will have to cover the cost of polystyrene & courier though.
