Hello from Lancashire

Hello all, my name's Bob.

Have been a hifi/music addict all my life. Am currently using Naim amps through Proac speakers. Have ripped all my cd's to a vortexbox which plays through a Logitec Touch. Very much into 24bit downloads, shame that there isn't more music available in this format.

Sony have just announced that they're going to support 24 bit music files, so I think things are improving.

Looking at the Sony page, it would appear that the best option however, is to use an analogue signal ;)

I like most types of music with the exception of classical and jazz.

Lawrence, we need one of the big record companies to realise how much money they can make by releasing their back catalogue in HD. If Sony takes the lead I for one will be very pleased.
