Hi
A mate of mine has asked me to sell the above for him, but he has lost the mains in and out cables for the tuner.
I'll take a picture later, but for those that know - the tuner and pre is powered by quite small 3 pin female and male sockets from the power amp.

Any help locating a cable or two would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Steve

Just spoken to a very nice man from Sugden who told me they are called Bulgin plugs and often used by Quad back in the day.

This is likely what you need.

Yeah, thanks Paul. Some less expensive options, but I'm on the right track now.
Will sort the kit out with pics and put up for sale shortly.
Had a play already (although not the tuner)- really surprised at how good this combo sounds.

Cheers
Steve

Paul.

No, those are the wrong size.

I used to use Sugden gear and still have the Series 3 Quad electronics. I will have a look and see if I can find some spare cables for you Steve.

Cheers Barry
Just bought a plug from the bay..£2.99 delivered, (so no worries if this one is too big.)

I had a new C51/A51/R51 as my first sytem. Many hours of listening pleasure and a joy with my Tannoys. Never owned the P51, as I preferred the sound of the A51. Wish I'd kept it, but that's another story....!

The A51 was an excellent amp: 25w/channel Class A. Worked well into my Quad 57s.
