WTD: Audiolab 8000A & 8000DAC

Hello Pete,

You didn't mention in your post the age of equipment that you were looking for.

I have 2 Audiolab Dacs of different ages. The first is an Audiolab 8000DAC purchased by me in Feb 1996. The second is from the Tag McLaren era a DAC20sl purchased by me in September 2003. This was just before Tag McLaren stopped manufacture.

The DAC20sl is an evolution of the 8000DAC, looks similar with same control layout, but sounds much better with later digital conversion circuits.

Both units are in good working order, if either of them is of interest to you I can post more information and pictures.

Sorry I can't help with the 8000A amp.
