I've just been looking at some John Lewis stuff and was interested to see that they do a ''Marco Display Cabinet' for £399. I'm happy to chip in with the first £1 to see if we can buy one as a forum. What I had in mind was for us to take a small stand at lots of audio and hi-fi shows all around the country and put him on display so that non members can see what they are missing. You never know, it might prove to be a big boost to membership.
Anyone else willing to contribute to this worthy cause? If any artistic partners fancied titivating the display cabinet, or even Marco, I'm sure that would add to the attraction, but we shall need to keep him away from the little green dresses and their like as it might give prospective new members second thoughts.
Any support for this initiative?
