WTD.. Exposure Super XV Amplifier [Archive]

Hi, having done some extensive research, i have decided that this is the amplifier i want to own, i have not been able to find one for sale anywhere so i'm posting here hoping that somebody has one and may be thinking of selling it, if so please see me first :)

Hi Karen,

I agree the amplifier is an excellent integrated... I have the pre-power combo (with an added power amp to bia-amp) and couldn't be happier :)

I have a "Super XX" if of any use. It's an XV without a phono stage

Hello again ;) Yes it is definitely an option as there doesn't seem to be an XV Super anywhere(my real preference), would need to purchase a phono stage obviously but it isn't such a big problem..

It's a brilliant amp, in many ways the best I have owned.

I need to raise funds. I've restored a pair of Impulse H2's and they deserve a chance with class A valve and solid state. I'd like a bit more space and delicay around the instruments.

I'm not suggesting it will be easy or that the exposure falls short in any area really. Last night I swapped in an XTZ D class - http://goo.gl/Sl2wFT - the exposure was a class above and some.

Not sure if its of interest now, but I've just bought a new amp, so have up for grabs my original (not the 'Super') Exposure XV with moving coil phono. I've had it from new & had it serviced / caps done five years ago. They seem to go for £300-ish on ebay. Let me know if its of interest at all.

There is a nice looking Super XV on a well known internet auction site at the moment.
