Wanted: Speaker Connection Terminal Panel Thingy

I need a plastic binding post connection panel like the one pictured... I just wondered if anyone had one knocking around in a parts box or something ? They seem difficult to obtain now but were widely used in the 80's & 90's on budget speakers, the plate measures approx 78x94mm.
