The mind boggles at surviving each other for that length of time. My wife and I have been married 10 years now, not sure I'm going to be around for another 40 years but one can but try.
Anyway, I thought I'd knock out a couple of Celtic Luvvie Duvvie Goblets for them. Apparently, the legend goes that if ever the rings on the cups get broken...............I'm sure you can guess the rest.
Strange wood to have chosen really. Its yew, which is one of the most poisonous woods around:eek:. However, its well sealed with melamine lacquer on the inside, so if they should decide to drink to the next 50, they won't join those Druids who used to see visions before they snuffed it after drinking out of yew cups.
PS. Its a hell of a job stretching those rings over the cups:eyebrows:
