Sansui QRX 5500 VS Yamaha CR1020

Hi

can i compare them..which one is better would i be better of with?. i love the sansui its just a bit big for my room & need something a bit smaller. Just thinking in todays money how much is the sansui worth on the open market i'm not sure on value im estimating it @ £300 to £350 because im thinking of doing a swap for a CR1020 but i just want to know im getting a good deal im doing a swap with a dealer (Possibly).

I'm a big Sansui fan, but have worked on several Yamaha restorations (including the CA-1010 which sounds generally the same as the CR-1020).

I found the Yamaha to sound quite clean, but a bit mellower and smoother than the Sansui. It was certainly very listenable though.

The proposed swap is proabbly quite reasonable in terms of equity.
