As per thread title. Just bought and arrived this week. Findings were exactly as informed by various posts and pming 'chats' with a dear member - Defo reduced treble glare, calmer presentation with taughter bass. The sorbathane was applied under my 7kg external turntable psu and small piece between phono cable and glass shelf.
So why am I selling ? My ears are just too used to the slightly bright, effervesant presentation I have. The Feet and sorbathane gave a more contained / slightly restrained presentation in my set up - I could turn volume up more !
The items are effectively brand new - The feet cost me £38.35 delivered from our beloved David (MCRU). I'll take £27.50 delivered.
The sorbathane was £12.00 for the larger three half domes from British Audio Store http://www.britishaudiostore.com/isolation-products/
When used together take equipment weighing 5 - 8kg - I'll take £8.50 delivered.
The smaller large coin type sorbathane have flat bottoms and a rounded upper. They come as a pack of twelve. Each one can take 2lbs I believe so a lot of experimenting can be done with lighter equipment. They cost £18.00 for the pack- I'll take £12.50 delivered.
