WTD: Bass Driver

Require a Castle Severn mk1 bass driver, the earliest opaque one, dumbass previous owner repaired with Blu Tack,
now it's just a hardened mess, :doh: have tried my best to scrape bits off but it's just a dogs dinner and unrescuable.

I just wondered if you'd tried removing it with blu-tack? I've always found that blu tack sticks better to blu tack than it does to anything else.

Howard, thanks for your tip, have just gone and tried it but nope, no good, some of it is in the groove and others are in between the rubber surround and frame,
if he'd have left it i would've repaired it like factory fresh as i've done with the other when i took them home only to find the cone and dust cap has detached it self, now singing beautifully after repair.
