Here we have an EHP-O2D Miniature Desktop Headphone Amplifier with USB DAC for sale as detailed here:

I bought this back in August 2012 so just a year old but I've not really made use of it so it's up for grabs.

Comes with the original PSU and a bog standard USB cable.

Also got a Wireworld Ultraviolet USB Cable (0.5m Type A to mini B) which I bought to use with this.
