FS: Pioneer PD-S801 stable platter CD player (made in Japan) c/w remote control. Excellent condition, but remote has a scratch on front facia, but this does not affect its operation

I don't understand the collection bit. Is that a fee to people collecting in person?

Yes... the extra £10 is for packing and shipping anywhere on the UK mainland... If you want to collect, you don't pay the extra £10... simples ;)

Bluray produces top pictures - improves DVDs as well. Thanks for a bargain.

My pleasure Tim... for what its worth, it was awarded 5 stars in What Hi-Fi back in the day and it had very little use when part of my set-up...

With regards the two stable platter players... come on guys, there must be somebody here intrigued by these and perhaps wants to try one as a transport? ;)
