FS: Beresford Bushmaster Dac

Want some funds for a TT project so my beresford bushmaster is up for sale. Needs ni introduction here. I bought it second hand about 2 months after bushmasters became available. It has been done dac duties with my TV so seems a waste. This is the unmodder version. Comes with power pack/plug (not in photos as would need to pull my av unit out to get at it!)

Just out of intrest whats the headphone output sound like Detailed Bright, Smoothe?

Tbh I've only used the headphone output when watching films whilst cleaning batches of records and sounded good for that. I know there are mods available from Stan so it matches particular headphones.

Headphone output on the BM is exceptional André, a match for many of the better dedicated headphone amps out there and an order of magnitude better than that of the Caiman. It is open, airy and detailed without being harsh plus bass is extended and superbly well controlled. With the right headphones you get a real sense of ambiance and imaging is rock solid. I believe Stan will also set it up for specific headphones for a small fee and the cost of shipping... ;)
