Wanted B&W Tweeter , TP 26

I have a pair of B&W DM110 speakers and one tweeter is blown :doh: ( open circuit )

HELP

anyone have one for sale :)

I'm afraid I don't Dave, but if you get one - cut yourself a pair of gaskets from some suitable material & put them between faceplate & baffle - this was one one the things that B&W did to the 110i version. I don't know why, but it made a big difference.
They're excellent speakers, very efficient and in my opinion, a missed gem. Those who know how good they can sound are rather smug at how little you need to pay to get a pair! ....and I don't generally find much to enjoy in most B&W speakers.

Chris the tweeters already have gaskets fitted as they are the 110i version ;) , I agree they do sound nice , was a bit gobsmacked when its went :eek:

Good point actually, I've seen DM110's go for peanuts on the 'bay and the advantage is if you grab a tatty pair with working drive units you will also have a small stash of extra spares ;)

I may have tracked down a pair for £40 , going to see them Friday :)

DM10 / 220 / 330 all had the same tweeter as the 110

I asked " You said they were fully working ? "

answer

" they sound OK to me "
