Yes, I was trying to figure that out. If that's what's intended, I'm not entirely sure that's the right way to go about this.

The question can/would be posted in public. Uncle Tom Cobley and all comment
Prices are PMd to the prospective purchaser
PM means the price is kept between the vendor and the buyer

it is a good idea but will never happen for political reasons
