Stressful, especially the last game, but he's done it and that's all that matters. Well done Murray!!!

First the Lions yesterday and now Andy Murray wins, I'll settle for the lottery win on Tuesday for three's lucky.
Lord Murray or Sir Andy the next move?

I'm glad we now have the current Wimbledon champion but I can't say I particulary like Andy Murray as a person.

That's a bit unfair! Do you know him personally?

Or is it cos he's a Scot? :eyebrows:

As I've just written on the thread on pfm:

Yo, Andy - well done, ma man. The people of Dunblane will be proud of ye! Top class - always knew you had it in you :yay: :yay:

Great win for Murray. Quite unbelievable for me to think that during my dad's entire lifetime (born June 1937, died Jan 2013) there was never a British Wimbledon men's singles champion.

Its much like the football, too many foreigners!

Doubt england football team will win anything for the next 77 years either!

No England just are not very good at football.

Well done Murray fully deserved.

Let's put things into perspective. An Englishman is still to win Wimbledon after 77 years. Henman was the last to give it a serious try, but so far no luck.
