Birthday Card Record

So my Mum went to a village fate today and came back with a box of 45's for me as she was helping on that stall and was only £2 for the whole box!

Have looked though them and found this birthday card record.

Thought id share it as i havn't personally seen one before and woundered if anyone had more information on it?

Surprising it dose play rather well for what appears to be plastic coated cardboard.
