Hi there, I have just got hold of a pair of these m70s as a replacement for my aging Mission 737s. I thought they would be ok if I used them in conjunction with a small sub woofer. Wen I tried them out I was very surprised at the full rich sound coming out of them. Tight controlled and amazingly deep and powerful bass with a nice sounding mid range and decently detailed top end. No need for any sub woofers. I'm on a tight budget and for the forty quid I payed i'm very pleased. Regards Rich.:D I should point out that these are tiny speakers and the bass driver looks about 3.5inch or so.
