View Full Version : WTD: An 'audiophile' USB cable (Furutech, Supra, Wireworld etc)
Looking for a reasonably priced USB cable to try in my system. Ideally no more than 1m. Let me know what you've got.
Been outbid on couple of Furutech's and I hear they are better than the Supra which is supposed to be good.
Happy to spend up to 30quid on this experiment because if they dont make a difference, a different discussion I know, then its not the end of the world.

The Wireqorld Ultraviolet is great and can be had within budget, I use one myself and have had some stoopid priced ones in the past

This is the USB cable I use Richard and is excellent for the money IMO .
Quick update... In the end I went for a bit of Supra 2.0 USB 0.6m.
The main system is disassembled whilst we redecorate so I've not tried it out there yet but I', running it in on the second system. Yes, it certainly seems to doing a better job than the bog standard one I was using. Seems a bit more sparkly and detailed, perhaps more treble. For what I paid its a decent upgrade.
Whether I get the same results with it feeding the V-link in the main system remains to be seen.
