Hello,

I'm not the "Interest check" kind of guy but too many boxes says the Lady !! So 2 boxes for the preamplifier; 2 for the turntable (well, even 3); 2 for the cd player what's the problem ?

It would be a very reluctant sale, because those work so well with the Harbies.

The total RPP for the 25RS and the 7R is 4200 £. According to age and condition, I'm looking for 2550£ including a few nice valves (RTC, Telefunken, RCA) and fully insured delivery to any place in Western Europe.

Price for separate boxes are 1800£ for the 25RS and 850£ for the 7R. Of course, I do prefer a "one buyer deal" as far as possible.

I know Glenn does a deluxe integrated, but I think you lose the phono stage as a result? I hope not to be misunderstood, but Rega now make a refined one box amp solution for around £1600 that may fit your bill. I've also seen the Osiris ex-dem at a moderately good price (in your terms) which is also comparable with the Crofts you have. I know I know, there are loads of others to consider, but as I've done it, I can say from direct experience of your Crofts and having compared, the two I've mentioned drive Harbeths as well and with grace, ease and powerful refinement, looking nice too - well to many anyway ;) and BOTH will offer great and reliable service for (hopefully) decades to come..
