I made these for a customer who was using mains leads with USA mains plugs and he wanted to fit them into a uk wall socket, the cables could not easily be re-terminated so I found these adapter plugs and had them gold plated and fitted a gold plated bussmann fuse, audiophile quality and can be used to convert schuko, usa, and australian mains plugs into a uk mains plug.
