I think you had posted on an earlier thread you were popping out and would get back to me. It included a reference to cassoulet. Confit de canard is a key ingredient pour le veritable cassoulet authentique. I think my mind had drifted romantically to the languedoc

Oh, don't worry, we use confit de canard, Toulouse sausages and all the other necessary bits, to make the real McCoy ;)
