I remember some years ago they put plastic sheeting up on a mountain, could have been Peru, and there was water every morning

Cute, how much electricity does it use? Calling it unique seems a bit bold, I have one of these in my house (a de-humidifier, not a billboard!)

The plastic sheet seems a far more sustainable idea IMO but it doesn't make as good an advertising platform I supose...

Keeping quiet about that, maybe they need that for the filtering or maybe its fans to drive the air
