Hi everybody, my name's Paul. I'm in Birmingham (UK). I tend to play MP3s (I know), 320 kbit/s, some FLAC, some MP3s under 320 kbit/s (I know). I use Fidelia player software on an iMac to a 1970s Yamaha amp (CA-610) and speakers (NS-670). Music examples: I like blues (John Lee Hooker, Lightnin' Hopkins), 1950s and 1960s rock & roll and rhythm & blues (Ike Turner, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan), a bit of reggae (Lee "Scratch" Perry), electronica (Andrew Weatherall), and drone-art-post-punk-noise-psychedelic (yep, I just made that genre up and by it I mean Wooden Shjips, The Breeders, The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion).

Apologies for the somewhat paint-by-numbers salutation, but I'll be honest: man I'm keen to post for advice on under £100 DACs. I've prepared the post and everything, so that's what I'm gonna do soon as I can!

Best

Paul

Welcome.
Try a Maplin USB DAC. Well under £100.

God knows what most experts think about my Yamaha set-up, by the way, but I love it. The iMac I'm not so keen on.
