After not cycling since last Saturday due to rain I was back on the bike today, cycling to work. Wonderful.

Yes it's so nice to be outdoors, I spend quite a lot of time in the fresh air when the weather isn't playing silly buggers.

Also getting into the air on the paramotor is up there with the best :D

I love cycling, no other exercise (walking, gardening....urrgh) gives me such a buzz. Due to do a small charity ride next Sun (25 miles)
